Tyler County Dogwood Festival

Tyler County Dogwood Festival in Woodville, features three weekends of events, including Festival of the Arts, March 24-25; Western Weekend, March 30-31; and Dogwood Weekend, April 7. Festival of the Arts Weekend, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. March 24-25 at Heritage Village Museum, 157 Private Road 6000 off U.S. 190, Woodville, includes a village tour, gift show, Dogwood Festival exhibit, quilt show, spinning and weaving demonstrations, railroad museum and buggies and wagon exhibit both days. Entertainment includes Indian hoop dancing, noon, a flute concert by Maurice Bigham and Friends, 1 p.m., and the Jim Boone Dixieland Band, 3 p.m. March 24.
