Participants are welcome to bring a picnic supper and eat at the picnic tables in front of the Trail Break. For this occasion a Museum educator will lead a program on Florida's nocturnal animals. Learn why it is that the great horned owl can turn his head 270 degrees, or why it is that we rarely see skunks during the day. The program will also venture out into the zoo trail to look for nocturnal critters. Come out with your family and explore the many questions surrounding nocturnal life. Fee: Family of 4 $20 members/ Family of 4 $25 nonmembers; additional children $5. Registration Deadline: Friday, February 17th by 12pm.
