Zachary's American Bistro

Zachary’s American Bistro has been a long time dream come true. Having owned and operated a high end, fast-paced catering company and Café in Saint Louis, Missouri for several years, we finally made the decision to follow our dreams of opening a casual fine dining American bistro in the Panama City area.

In 2008 Cody tragically lost his father, who was fatally shot in the line of duty as a police officer of 21 years. The classic cliché, “you only live once,” became a reality…make the most of every day, and do what you enjoy doing. Our inspiration for Zachary’s (named after our son, who serves our country in the US Marine Corp), is our love of food, and the desire to provide a warm, relaxing environment where guests can enjoy new, creative, and innovate dishes to please all palates. In September, 2009, Zachary’s was born.

Our mission at Zachary’s is to provide a seasonal menu using the freshest ingredients available. We support our local fisherman, farmer, bakers and grocers as much as possible. Zachary’s wants to be an integral part of the Panama City community.
