February Fantasies--A Juried Art & Craft Sale

The Women’s Civic Club of Panama City Beach will sponsor February Fantasies, a juried art and craft fair, at the Senior Center, 423 Lyndell Lane, Panama City Beach and will offer the best in juried handcrafted fine arts and crafts.
